Abstract
he purpose of this case report was to describe the treatment of a female adolescent patient with Class II division 1
malocclusion and impacted right second molar. Using mini-implants in the mechanics of en masse retraction of six
anterior teeth, treatment time was reduced effectively. In addition, this report presented that indirect skeletal anchorage
for impacted molars was one of the solutions for predictable alignment with minimal side effects.
